For now, route servers are not blocking prefixes with status INVALID due to RPKI validation but they will start doing this in 2 weeks. You already can see if your prefixes will be blocked or not on the tab "Filtered Prefixes" in your account of SpeedIX manager (https://my.speed-ix.net/). If you see a prefix with the status "RPKI INVALID" then you need to verify a ROA for that prefix and fix it within the next 2 weeks. Be aware that our RPKI validators check the max prefix length as well. On Monday 21 June 2021 filtering based on RPKI validation will be enabled.
